Job Responsibilities: 1. According to the company's marketing development strategy, be responsible for the development, expansion, management and maintenance of channels. Formulate channel partner management systems, evaluation systems, and channel system specifications. Be responsible for business negotiations, contract signing with partners/agents/distributors, and resolving problems arising in channel cooperation. Manage the entire life cycle of channel partners. 2. Formulate channel development strategies and regional coverage plans to achieve sustainable growth of small and medium-sized customer businesses. Regularly analyze channel data, formulate channel business evaluation and incentive plans, including but not limited to strategies such as channel selection, incentives, and prices. Complete closed-loop management and survival of the fittest for distributors. 3. Formulate new distributor development policies, inspection policies, and evaluation policies. Continuously develop high-quality partners to supplement sales forces. Complete the medium- and long-term cooperation plan for strategic distributors. 4. According to the company's growth goals, formulate channel sales strategies and plans. Be responsible for setting annual channel indicators, decomposing tasks, and assigning channel sales tasks. Refine sales completion indicators for each stage. Monitor the completion of channel sales targets and take effective measures to ensure the achievement of sales targets. 5. Be responsible for reviewing, calculating, and outputting analysis reports on channel sales performance and providing decision support. 6. Regularly visit channels for business reviews to promote benign cooperation between the two parties. Conduct market research on channel markets to understand channel needs, customer feedback and other information, and provide a basis for the company's product improvement and market strategy adjustment. 7. Manage channel partner needs, empower channels, participate in the formulation of channel marketing activities, and expand market share. Provide necessary sales support for channels, including product knowledge training, provision of sales tools, and interpretation of sales policies. Be responsible for product training, marketing training and market promotion for cooperative distributors. Help channels improve sales capabilities. 8. Establish and improve channel management systems and processes to ensure the standardization and high efficiency of channel operations. Evaluate and assess channels based on indicators such as channel sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications requirements: 1. Bachelor or master degree , majoring in electronic engineering/electrical engineering, sales marketing or related majors. 2. Have more than 10 years of channel management experience in the industrial field. Work experience in the wire and cable, connector and electronic device industry. 3. Possess good channel planning and coordination ability, business driving ability, business negotiation ability, and communication and coordination ability. Have rich experience in sales channel management and operation. 4. Have excellent data analysis ability, be good at establishing channel evaluation systems, self-discipline and self-driven ability, and result-oriented ability. 5. Possess good customer relationship establishment and maintenance ability, team spirit, resource integration ability, learning ability, adaptability, communication and coordination ability, and clear logical thinking. Be proactive, open and cooperative, dedicated and responsible, upright and reliable, and pioneering and enterprising. 6. Be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English.
