POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1.Have basic knowledge and process of supply chain in automotive or other industrial, including purchasing, production, inventory management, logistics and distribution. Familiar with key concepts in supply chain such as inventory turnovers, demand forecasting and inventory planning.

2.Be familiar with Python & SQL & VBA, know how to build report via PowerBI.
熟悉 Python、SQL 和 VBA，了解如何通过 PowerBI 构建报告。
3.Design and build data models according to business requirements, support report development and maintenance, and provide clear and intuitive data display to management.
根据业务需求设计和建立数据模型，支持报表开发和维护，为管理层提供清晰直观的数据展示。
4.Conduct in-depth analysis of key indicators of inventory and finance, explore potential business problems and opportunities, and provide solutions and improvement suggestions; Monitor and analyze abnormal indicator data, identify causes and propose corrective actions.
对库存和财务的关键指标进行深入分析，挖掘潜在的业务问题和机会，并提供解决方案和改进建议；监控和分析异常指标数据，找出原因并提出纠正措施。
5.Communicate with internal IT team to build new systems and optimize existing systems processes based on current situation.
与内部 IT 团队沟通，根据现状建立新系统，优化现有系统流程。
6. Other tasks assigned by manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
1.Diploma: Bachelor Degree in IT, Logistics, Planning, Production, Engineering or related fields.
信息技术、物流、规划、生产、工程或相关专业的学士学位。
2.Working Experience: More than 2 years of data analysis experience. Supply chain and procurement experience is preferred.
2 年以上数据分析经验。有供应链和采购经验者优先。
3.Language: Be fluent in English
英语流利。
4.Strong experience on Power BI, VBA, SQL, Python is plus
精通 Power BI、VBA、SQL、Python 者优先考虑。
5.Strong communication skills and logic thinking
具有较强的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力。
6.Proactive, team player, highly motivated, mature & flexible
