Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1. Design and optimization of the precision mechanical components inside the vacuum environment.
2. Design and maintain the motion stage (Z Stage).
3. Responsible for vibration isolation control of the precise mechanical systems.


Key requirement 资历要求 :
Educational Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering or or equivalent experience.


Work Experience:
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years or more;
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 1 years or more;



Project Experience Requirements:
Experience in the design and development of precision machinery in motion stage, or robot.


Must have:
*Modal analysis and testing
*Mechanical vibration analysis
*Precision mechanical motion design and planning.
*Heat transfer analysis and simulation


Nice to have:
*Experience in the design of mechanical components related to high vacuum.
*Experience with high DC voltage (>10kV), capable of performing electric field simulation analysis.
*Experience working with semiconductor equipment.
*Experience with XY motion stages.
*Knowledge of magnetic fields, capable of conducting magnetic field simulation analysis.
*Full-time Ph.D. degree.


Soft Skills:
Good English reading and writing skills, able to comprehend technical literature and write reports
Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
