Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1. Design and develop the overall framework and panel for semiconductor equipment.
2. Design and develop the framework and enclosure for electrical boxes.
3. Design and optimize the arrangement and layout of wiring.
4. Design and optimize the thermal pathways and cooling solutions within electrical boxes.
5. Design transport fixtures for semiconductor equipment.


Key requirement 资历要求 :
Educational Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering or or equivalent experience.


Work Experience:
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years or more;
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years or more;


Project Experience Requirements:
Work experience in designing frames and electrical enclosures for medium to large equipment in relevant fields such as semiconductors, robotics, automation equipment, and smart manufacturing.


Must have:
1. Solid mechanical structure design skills, including equipment and framework, sheet metal parts, etc.
2. Proficient in analyzing mechanical structure strength.
3. Electrical design skills: Proficient in electrical system design for equipment, capable of effective circuit layout and electrical enclosure design.
4. Thermal management: Ability to design thermal pathways to optimize equipment performance.


Nice to have:
1. Work experience with large semiconductor equipment.
2. Proficient in fluid analysis and simulation.
3. Familiar with SEMI standards related to semiconductor equipment, including dimensions, transportation, and safety requirements.


Soft Skills:
Good English reading and writing skills, able to comprehend technical literature and write reports
Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
