Key Responsibilities
1)Execute the monthly supply planning cycle, monitor the inventory level including on hand, GIT, open orders to continuously optimize inventory structure, enhance target stock level, secure stable service level and supply availability.
2)Manage STO/PO follow-up and fulfillment, balance demands across regions, to improve supply flexibility and reduce backlogs.
3)Proactive communication with stakeholders, closely follow up the demand and supply dynamics.
4)Take appropriate actions to mitigate supply shortages with minimum impact and maximum attention to customer experience.
5)Ensure on-time delivery, manage urgent demand and other special request from downstream.
6)Manage inventory at warehouse, dig out digestion plan based on onsite observations.
7)Supporting superior to manage the visualized SCM Dashboard.
8）Proactively involve in Continuous Improvement projects. Optimize daily operation process and support cross functional improvements.

Job Specifications
1)Bachelor’s degree and above in Supply Chain or relevant majors
2)Minimum 5 years’ working experience in supply planning in an international company with diversity culture, manufacturing environment.
3)Strong data analytical skills with customer centricity mindset, could tackle problem efficiently and logically.
4)Supply planning skills, with acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex supply network flow; demand planning experience is a plus.
5)Excellent interpersonal skills across a global organization
6)Good command in both written and spoken English
6）Familiar with ERP system and experience in using SAP MM module is an advantage
