岗位职责: 1、负责公司医美产品在海外市场的推广,挖掘韩国、东南亚、中东等区域业务合作机会 2、负责业务合作的商务谈判,确保合作条款符合公司利益 3、开发海外客户资源,维护海外客户关系,确保公司海外业务顺利开展 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业 2、具有海外业务拓展经验,优先考虑药企或医疗器械企业海外业务拓展背景的候选人 3、精通一门及以上外语,有韩国或东南亚地区工作经验者优先 4、熟悉海外医美市场运作、法规政策。具备良好沟通协调、应变抗压能力,工作勤奋主动,能适应出差与高强度工作节奏 Job Responsibilities: 1. Promote the company’s aesthetic medical products in overseas markets, exploring business opportunities in regions such as South Korea、Southeast Asia and Middle East. 2. Lead business negotiations to ensure that partnership terms align with the company’s interests. 3. Develop and manage overseas client resources, maintaining strong relationships to support the successful expansion of the company’s international business.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, prefer in International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Experience in overseas business development, with a preference for candidates who have a background in pharmaceutical or medical device industries. 3. Proficiency in at least one foreign language; prior work experience in South Korea or Southeast Asia is a plus. 4. Familiarity with the aesthetic medical market, including its regulations and policies in international regions. Strong communication, coordination, adaptability, and stress management skills. Self-motivated and able to handle frequent business travel and high-intensity work schedules.
