工作职责: 1.To define and fulfill the sales budget for the geographical area assigned for all the technologies, projects, engineering, upgrades, and retrofits. 确定和完成负责区域的销售目标,包括所有的技术、项目、工程、设备升级及改造。 2.To visit clients by himself or together with the local partners if any. 亲自或与合作伙伴一起拜访客户。 3.To maintain CRM data updated and to report about the activity and forecast of the area. 更新客户关系管理(CRM)数据,编写负责区域活动和预测的行动报告。 4. Assist the back office in preparing project proposals. Participate in bidding, and take corresponding risk response measures to increase the chances of winning the bid. 协助报价部门制作项目标书,参与投标并采取相应的风险应对措施提高中标几率。 5.To provide the market view in order to develop the right market strategy per each BU. 提供市场观点,以便为每个业务单元制定正确的市场战略。 6.To strongly focus on the strategic development of the geographical markets under his responsibility. 重点关注所负责地区市场的战略发展。 7.To support on cash collection when necessary and to help project managers to solve conflicts when related to projects of its own geographic area. 必要时提供政收款支持,协助项目经理解决与该地区项目有关的冲突问题。 8.Other tasks arranged by direct manager in China. 中国区直线经理安排的其他任务。
任职资格: 1.Good spoken and written English 英语听说写流利; 2.Mechanical or electrical automation knowledge is preferred. 具有机械或者电气自动化知识 3. Familiar with the domestic pharmaceutical industry and maintaining good business relationships with leading pharmaceutical clients. 熟悉国内制药行业,与制药客户具有很好的业务关系。 4. At least 3 years of domestic sales experience in freeze-drying equipment or other large pharmaceutical equipments.至少3年冻干机或者其它药厂大型设备的国内销售经验 5.有很好的沟通能力 Good communication skills 6. 适应出差 Able to travel 备注:以上第3、4点为必须项,不符合条件者***简历。
