Project Manager of AFA APAC is responsible for organizing the internal resources to ensure success delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities 61 Defining project objectives and developing a project plan : clearly defining the goals, deliverables, and milestones of the project in line with the organization’s strategic objectives 61 Performance monitoring: tracking, reviewing and reporting on the progress of a project to the stakeholders 61 Closing the project: formally closing out the project, which include delivering the final product, documenting lesson learned and transitioning the project to the appropriate party 61 Resource management: identifying the necessary human resource, material, equipment, budget required to complete the project 61 Procurement Management: overseeing the procurement process, which includes selecting vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that the terms of the agreement are met 61 Time management, quality management and problem-solving 61 Risk management: identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them to ensure the project stays on track 61 Change management: managing any changes to the project scope, schedule or budget and ensuring all changes are documented and approved 61 Stakeholder management: Identifying all stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing their engagement throughout the project lifecycle 61 Team communication: serving as the primary point of contact for the project, motivating and assigning tasks to stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed about the project process and understand their responsibilities
Required skills & experience 61 Excellent communication abilities, excellent active listening, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills 61 Knowledge of project management methodologies such as agile, scrum, waterfall or lean 61 Minimum of 5 years of working experience in project management or product management, package, homecare and personal care industry working experience is preferred 61 Fluent English is a must
