Your profile: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Pharma/Chemical/ Economic Management 5+ years of sales experience in multinational company Sales Skills including but not limited to business plan development, forecasting, professional presentation capabilities, sales cycle management, negotiation and closing skills Proactive and self- motivated with strong sense of ownership Self-driving and result-oriented Good team player Excellent communication skills and coordination skills Good problem solving, presentation, planning and organizational skills Fluent in English and Chinese language
Your tasks: Ensure sales plan will be achieved by optimum selling prices and enhance our market share, Identify, evaluate and develop new customers and market opportunities in the assigned area and industry Undertake frequent customer visits to ensure that customers do not encounter unforeseen quality / deliveries issue and keep abreast with customer development projects Gather product trend, market and competition information in order to position SCHOTT favorably in the industry Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer/market information in order to ensure good alignment with various responsible colleagues from different functions Facilitate discussions between R&D and customers for new product development, sell by value and design-in Support the SBF (strategic business field) manager and BDM in identifying and strengthening a clearly defined (unique) value proposition Team up co-workers to ensure sales growth & customer satisfaction. Liaise frequently with production plant in overseas Ensure customer database are maintained by utilizing the tools, such as CRM, BI and others Demonstrated ability to excel at providing tactical and strategic leadership related on an overall global account strategy implementation Possess abilities to develop and execute strategies to attract, grow, and maintain global customer relationships
