Job responsibilities:
1. 报告整合及产出:负责各类报告的收集与交付,包括管理层会议和商业回顾报告。协调各部门负责人及相关协作者,确保在既定时间内完成报告,监督关键流程,并整合专业意见。
Report integration and output: Responsible for the collection and delivery of various reports, including management meetings and business review reports. Coordinate with department heads and relevant collaborators to ensure timely completion of reports, oversee critical processes, and leverage expertise.

2. 内部资源协调:与乐高乐园、默林全球及主要投资者等内部资源联系,确保专业观点在报告中得到体现,推动项目顺利进行。
Coordination of internal resources: Liaise with internal resources such as Legoland, Merlin Global and major investors to ensure that professional views are reflected in the report and promote the smooth progress of the project.

3. 市场分析:收集和分析市场及竞争对手信息,为决策提供支持。
Market analysis: Collect and analyze market and competitor information to provide support for decision-making.

4. 会议协调组织:协助总经理安排会议及活动的组织工作,完成相应的会议记录,以及会议决议事项的跟踪落实。
Coordination and organization of meetings: Assist divisional director in arranging the organization of meetings and activities, complete the corresponding meeting minutes, and follow up the implementation of meeting resolutions.

5. 内外部接待:负责公司国内外重要客户的接待工作,建立并维护公共关系。
Internal and external reception: responsible for the reception of important customers, establish and maintain public relations.

6. 新项目研究:跟进默林新项目,建立高效的工作流程。
New project research: Follow up Merlin's new projects and establish efficient workflow.

7. 业务轮岗:参与一线岗位工作,深入理解运营模式,并根据前期积累的经验提出优化建议。
Business rotation: Participate in front-line work, deeply understand the operation mode, and put forward optimization suggestions based on the accumulated experience in the early stage.

8. 其他任务:完成工作组提出的其他任务需求。
Other tasks: Completion of other tasks requested by the working Group.

Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.

Requirements:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,海外学历或名校优先,具备三年以内社会经验(管理咨询背景优先)并愿意不断学习。
Bachelor degree or above, overseas degree or prestigious university preferred, with less than three years of social experience (management consulting background preferred) and willing to learn continuously.

2. 较强的统筹协调和项目管理能力,善于总结与研究。
Strong coordination and project management skills, good at summarizing and researching.

3. 熟练使用办公软件,具备较强的英语表达能力及数据整理分析能力。
Proficient in the use of office software, with strong English expression ability and data organization and analysis ability.

4. 出色的人际交往能力,能够在快节奏环境中进行多任务处理。
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

5. 热爱乐园和旅游行业,具备积极的工作态度。
Excited about the resort-themed park and travel industry, and dedicated to maintaining a positive work ethic.
