Key tasks and Responsibilities 61 Actively find new account prospects, builds up the relation and develop them to company clients 61 Follows short term and long-term strategy by managing customer targets, commitments and expectations 61 Negotiates and closes sales contracts with the customers and will be responsible of the accounts 61 Follows up customer orders, provide and manage order forecasts with high accuracy and be responsible for accounts payables 61 Reports regular the customer activity and development in agreed group format 61 Marketing intelligence gathering and information exchanges with regional business team and group marketing team 61 Local tradeshows preparation and participation to get potential customers leads and market insights 61 Other assignments and tasks that direct superior or related Group function appoints Key competencies 61 Sales and/or marketing related university or college degree. Food or Chemical degrees are also considered. 61 Proven 5 -10 Years Experience in direct selling of packaging materials or food manufacturing process related products to end clients in China market 61 Familiar with packaging materials and machines, basic product selection and troubleshooting skills at customer site. Ability to run customer trials considered as an advantage 61 Willingness to travel at least 3 days/week. Ability to communicate in cross cultural environment. Positive and proactive working style. Capability to deal with and solve problems. 61 Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. 61 Familiar with Microsoft office system
