As a Sales Representative in the Trade Sales Team, you will be responsible for completing sales revenue targets for the assigned accounts, providing effective business insights, and assisting the Sales Manager in achieving the team's total goal. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and assists the Trade Sales Team in the implementation and execution of sales strategies and sales activities. Working closely with Digital, Brand, PR& Social Content, and Revenue teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
1. Sales
- Deeply explore the business potential of assigned trade partners, and formulate sales action plans, and promotional methods based on the discovered business opportunities to maximize the output. - Track the partners' sales performance daily and ensure the completion of sales targets by implementing effective action plans. - Establish and maintain good business relationships with partners and set regular sales actions, meetings, and training. - Responsible for the implementation and execution of designated sales activities and projects. - Build and maintain a tourism channel database for designated areas through sales visits and market research.
2. Operations:
- Obtain market intelligence, provide data and reports, and give effective business insights to support the team in planning and exploring new business opportunities. - Assist the Sales Manager to deep dive the strategic partnerships with OTAs, DMCs, and Parenting partners, in the short break and tourism market. This includes seeking opportunities for collaboration that align with the resort's goals - Assist the Sales Manager in setting up team sales performance tracking sheets, reports, and analysis. - Support the planning and execution of offline channel promotion activities, roadshows, channel partner appreciation meetings, and other activities. - Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve the goals on schedule. - Combined with seasonal activities and new product promotions, promote sales channels to formulate and implement corresponding marketing plans to enhance consumer experience.
3. Development
- Maintain good relationships with counterparts in the attractions and entertainment industry to foster professional growth and opportunity. - Conducting thorough research and analysis of sales-related activities in the industry, especially concerning theme park and hotel offerings, - Providing insights for the development of both the park and hotel products to capitalize on trade opportunities. - Utilizing research findings to inform decision-making, make presentations, and assist in setting or adjusting targets and action plans.
4. Health & Safety
- Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues, and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
任职要求: Requirements 61 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Park & Resort Trade Sales or within the travel industry, such as OTA platforms or hotels OR educational institution or educational travel operation area. 61 Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record in sales. 61 Strong skills in collaboration, relationship-building, and influencing others. 61 Proficient analytical skills for data-based performance analysis and reporting. 61 Must be able to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. 61 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences. 61 Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese; proficiency in English is a plus. 61 Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities. 61 Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. 61 A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
