Job Description: We are seeking a Senior UX Expert with deep expertise in logistics to lead and enhance the design of user-centric solutions that streamline complex supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have experience translating logistics requirements into intuitive, effective, and efficient user interfaces that support business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Lead UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with logistics requirements and business objectives.
61 Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and pain points specific to logistics applications.
61 Design Leadership: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a deep understanding of logistics workflows.
61 Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate user-centric principles in the design of logistics systems.
61 Mentor and Guide: Provide guidance to junior designers and collaborate with teams to maintain best UX practices and design standards.
61 Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in UX design and logistics to ensure that the user experiences you create are cutting-edge and industry-relevant.
Qualifications:
61 Experience: 5+ years in UX design, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
61 Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. Familiarity with prototyping and testing tools.
61 Logistics Expertise: In-depth understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, etc.
61 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex logistics challenges.
61 Communication: Excellent communication skills to present designs and ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
61 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
61 Familiarity with data visualization tools and the ability to design for data-heavy logistics dashboards.
61 Experience with designing mobile-*** solutions.
