About the Role: The purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets of the Douyin platform by developing business with a profitable Profit and Loss, analysing their performance, creating customer plans, following promotional implementation, negotiating contracts terms and joint business plans, managing the budget assigned and placing promotional orders etc.
Main Responsibilities: 1、Propose promotional plan for the Douyin at the central level to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth. 2、Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives 3、Propose a Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the E-Key Accounts assigned; 4、Allocate EC KA volumes and trade spending budgets; 5、Monitor Sales Targets achievement on monthly bases and propose to EC Channel Manager revision where necessary (volumes, profits); 6、Monitor Profit and Loss in the EC Key Accounts assigned; 7、Forecast promotional sku quantities
