Key Responsibilities 61 Drive, develop and implement marketing strategies and activities for all brands under the Crown Worldwide Group across the Greater China Region. 61 Help to develop a clear, concise, comprehensible content strategy in conjunction with the regional marketing team that will support our brand positioning and ensure all content developed is in line with Crown’s communications standard. Write and prepare content for website, social and customer communications 61 Monitor country digital activities. Research and recommend web marketing tactics including SEO to be implemented. Manage and monitor PPC 61 Manage and deliver campaigns and integrate online and offline activities. Write and proofread campaign ad copies 61 Conduct marketing analysis and insight market research in conjunction with regional marketing team and monitor market intelligence 61 Liaise, execute and follow up on events with conference/event organizers – covering all internal and external events. Encourage local events, speaking engagement and determine appropriate communication channels such as Press Releases, website announcements, and newsletter articles 61 Drive marketing collateral production; develop marketing propositions and provide consistent messaging and cost-efficiency whenever possible 61 Work close with the global marketing team and support any marketing-related activities organised by the Crown Worldwide Group 61 Track & monitor performance of out-of-home, social media and digital marketing campaigns, and prepare regular campaign optimisation reports 61 Work close with Regional Marketing Manager and business units to identify lead generation opportunities and increase revenue to maximize the return on marketing investments 61 Foster stakeholder relationships, both internal and external. Take charge of GMB and social media reviews to build brand and manage customer expectations 61 Lead external agencies, whenever appropriate, to effectively manage events, editorial requests, promotional materials and online activities 61 Graphically show stakeholders the Return on Marketing Investment (Revenue, leads, est. PR return, etc.) each quarter by region and by brand using different channels with clear commercial ROIs 61 Other administrative responsibilities include: o Raising PR/PO documents to ensure that various A&P plans are booked on time o Coordinate requests for production of marketing collateral for event and promotion activities Experience and Qualifications - Degree in marketing or communications with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role - Good knowledge in digital marketing (social media marketing tools such as FB Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO & SEM management, Google Analytics) and content creation is desirable. Demonstrated track records in managing campaigns with media investments on digital space such as Facebook and Google. - Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns - Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Simplified Chinese is an advantage - Excellent attention to detail - Solid stakeholder management experience, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and contribute to shared projects - Experience in conducting market surveys and analyzing data is essential - Ability to develop a strong understanding of the business and strategy, and ensure this is conveyed in the content development - Knowledge working with marketing automation system such as Salesforce or Dynamics will be an added advantage - Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure against a variety of deadlines
