License Management Coordinator Job description : 1) Expand current and new licensing portfolio, sourcing, servicing, and dealing with potential new licensors, such as co-branding. 2) Handle all licensed functions, including agreements, approvals, renewals and royalty reporting. 3) Formulate strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities. 4) Develop the relationship with both licensors, facilitating brand assurance process for all products and marketing materials. 5) Keep the licensing team updated with timely market data analysis and research reports. 6) Manage and be responsible for IP (including peripheral products) introduction, application, signing agreement and other communication. 7) Familiar with the IP licensing field, have a deep understanding of how to integrate IP with the licensee's products. 8) Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and marketing for product development, brand awareness and positioning.
Requirement : 1) Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline. 2) Over 3 years working experience in licensing business, preferably in brand or character licensing. 3) Sound understanding and knowledge of licensing strategy formulation and commercial agreement. 4) Multitasking and project management. 5) Proactive, well-organized, and attentive to details. 6) Good command of verbal and written communication in English.
