We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving frontline effectiveness and productivity across all the GPB China footprints, incl. - Provide strategic planning for business case and FRP; - Collect effective business analytics to achieve frontline productivity of top themes and product ideas through systematic tracking and analysis; - Monitor trends of sales performance of Market and IC Teams and identify key gaps and opportunities for target achievement; - Ensure every sales initiative is very targeted by delineating RM/IC client books according to product relevance/priority; - Support Market, Product and RM/IC teams in driving campaigns and training programs; - Drive UHNW initiatives for GPB China by leveraging global connectivity and local capabilities.
Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - Over 8 years of relevant business and product management experience in the banking industry, preferably Private Banking/ High Net Worth areas - Broad knowledge of wealth management service offerings, with experience in managing personal wealth preferred - Sound knowledge of the Wealth/HNW/PB business model – i.e the customer proposition, tools, operations and the key financial performance drivers. - Excellent knowledge of HNW products, solutions and the market (i.e advisory, mutual funds discretionary, alternatives, structured products, ESG, impact investing, insurance/wealth planning etc.) - Strong data analysis and interpretation capability and well versed in various MS office applications (ppt, excel etc) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, in order to engage internal and external business stakeholders - Experience in complex stakeholder management across organization – influencing, negotiating and partnering - Fluent in both English and Chinese writing and Speaking is a must.
