Strategy and Planning 策略与计划
- Plan, develop and execute school’s digital marketing strategy in China. with a clear focus on generating a high-level of brand reputation and qualified enquiries and increasing school’s online brand awareness and credibility. 计划、制定并执行学校在中国地区的数字营销策略,提升品牌知名度、问询以及学校的线上知晓度和美誉度。
Owned Social Media Content Generation 社交媒体内容创作 - Develop social calendar and content plan in line with local market and digital landscape, including the creation of school-specific content and adaptation of relevant HQ messaging. 制定与当地市场及社交媒体平台契合的社交媒体日历及内容计划,包括学校原创内容及对总部相关内容进行编辑。 - Lead in bilingual (Chinese and English) copywriting, editing and translating, poster design, layout and basic photo shooting and video editing across different social platforms. Owned Social Media Operation 社交媒体运营 - Continually improve, manage and evolve school digital marketing channels, ensuring the rapid and healthy growth of followers, viewership, engagement of owned social content Channels include but are not limited to: WeChat, Video channel, RED, WeCom, email, newsletters, and etc. 不断提升、管理并迭代学校社交媒体渠道,确保官方自媒体粉丝量、阅读量、互动量的快速和健康增长。渠道包括但不限于:微信公众号、视频号、小红书、企业微信、电子邮件、时事通讯等。 - Monitor and coordinate incoming RED enquiries, ensuring correct and timely distribution to the Admissions team. 监测并协调小红书询问,确保正确地、及时地交付于招生团队。 - Regular detailed reporting and data analysis across digital channels, employing a continuous improvement strategy. 定期详细数字渠道的报告和数据分析,以确保持续性的提升。 - Manage end to end tactical implementation – including contracts, fulfillment, and payment, in alignment with agreed upon budget plans, ensuring timely execution of daily operations. 根据预算计划,管理端到端的策略实施包括合同、履行和付款,确保日常运营的及时执行。
Digital Campaign 数字营销活动 - Develop the development and execution of effective and efficient digital campaigns to implement a series of integrated marketing tactics that amplifies our brand story and generates more enquiries from prospective families in a connected, impactful manner. 策划并执行切实有效和高效的数字营销活动,实施一系列的整合营销策略,以一种连贯的、有影响力的方式来扩大我们的品牌故事且创造更多潜在家庭的询问。
Brand Marketing and Admissions Support 支持品牌营销和招生部门 - Create and produce marketing collaterall in alignment with brand guidelines, with a focus on photo assets. (also includes printed material, videos, infographics, backdrops, literature, school building designs, etc.) Partner with vendors (designers, agencies) as required in order to create unique, innovative deliverables that portray a consistent visual identity across Harrow Shanghai. 根据品牌指南,创建和制作营销材料,以照片资产为重点 (也包括印刷材料、视频、信息图表、背景布置、文学作品、学校建筑设计等),根据需要与供应商(设计师、代理商)合作,以创造独特创新的交付产品,塑造上海哈罗的统一视觉形象。 - Assist with Marketing and Admissions events including the likes of Open Days and School Expos as required, 协助举办特别活动,包括开放日和博览会等。
