Position Summary:
This Financial Shared Service Accounting position involves various accounting functions related to daily accounting transactions.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
This position report to Accounting Supervisor.
The scope of this position requires working with all operational units, corporate/staff and select third parties in ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures while maintaining accounting controls.
Essential Functions:　
1. Various monthly accounting duties and responsibilities under supervision.
2. Monthly closing, journal entries and correspondence to various divisions and third parties under team leader’s supervision.
3. Various monthly and quarterly account reconciliations/analysis with team leaders’ support.
4. Assisting in the division accounting and auditing.
5. Special projects as required with team leaders’ support.
Qualifications: 　
1. Good command of spoken and written Japanese and Mandarin. English will be a plus advantage.
2. Work Ethic and Integrity
3. College/Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
4. Good general knowledge of all aspects of general accounting
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficient with computers and up to date Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
7. Ability to handle many tasks at a given time and work effectively with others in a team environment.
