**Job Description:**
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Product Manager to join our team. As a Junior Product Manager, you will participate in product lifecycle management, covering aspects such as market research, requirement analysis, product design, and project management. We expect you to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to our team, working together to continuously optimize and innovate our products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with market and competitor analysis; gather and organize user requirements.
- Participate in product planning and design, drafting detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Track the product development process, coordinating with technical and design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
- Collect user feedback to continuously optimize product functionality and user experience.
- Test features, reproduce bugs.
- Schedule and communicate updates with various project managers.
- Regularly report project progress to product team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or above, any major is acceptable; degrees in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong interest in internet products, with a basic understanding of product design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work effectively across different departments.
- Clear logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, or Mockingbot is preferred.
- Good English skills, able to read English materials and documentation.

- 对互联网产品有浓厚兴趣，了解基本的产品设计理念和方法论；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能有效地与不同部门协作；
- 逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的问题解决能力；
- 熟练使用Axure、Sketch、墨刀等原型设计工具者优先；
- 英语良好，能够阅读英文资料和文档。
