3. Proto-type building on production line weaving and dyeing with operators support
4. Make sound decision by balance Design for Manufacturing / Automation (DfM / DfA), & Design to Cost (DtC) methodology
5. Create design validation matrix for testing.
6. Leading problem solving and technical breakthrough
7. Complete and review key design tasks and documents, including DGD / FEMA / tolerance study…
8. Develop new supplier with purchase team when necessary
9. Patent application
10. Complete other the works arranged by department manager
任职要求：
1. Professional in webbing product design to achieve target webbing functions such as tensile strength /elongation /thickness /width and etc
2. Be familiar with jacquard/tatting weaving machine and production process (beam and creel)
3. Knowledge of project management
