A. Support Program Manager to work with origins on operation standardization and optimization, CAP creating and track the executions.
B. Conduct basic operational data analysis and verification, to ensure data accuracy and integrity for the reports shared with internal and external team for visibility and actions.
C. Proactively identify operational process improvement through the data analysis and daily problem solving that could be beneficial to internal and external stakeholders. D. Fully understand customer-specific SOPs and all the requirement, as well as customers/origin/vendor related functions in operational system. Support Program Manager to help ensure system set-up is aligned with SOP and operation practice.
E. Support Program Manager to implement projects/programs for customers or origins.
F. Participate in meeting with customers and build solid relationship with customers as required.
Requirement: A. Degree holders with 5+years of working experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, solid freight forwarding and buyer consolidations business in preferred. B. Ability to adapt to changes with a positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn and take the challenges. C. Excellent interpersonal and globally adaptable communication skill. D. Excellent language skill in both written and spoken English. E. Excellent system skills including Microsoft Office, especially for MS Excel. Have a great sense of the logic of data analysis across different projects. F. Occasional travel within China or Asia.
