Your role and responsibilities Job Overview: The Business Communication Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing and communication events that align with the company's brand strategy and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, event planning, and digital communication tools to create engaging and impactful events.
Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Plan and organize promotional events, including product launches, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure event alignment with business goals. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management. Develop and implement event promotion strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, website).
Content Creation & Communication: Create compelling event content, including invitations, promotional materials, and post-event summaries. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all event communications. Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance event engagement and reach.
Audience Engagement: Design and execute audience engagement strategies to maximize event participation and interaction. Monitor event attendance, feedback, and performance metrics to assess effective-ness. Collect and analyze data to inform future event planning and strategy.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in event planning and digital communication. Introduce new ideas and methods to enhance event creativity and impact. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in event management.
Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event planning, marketing, or related role. Understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
