Job Description 1.Develop and grow B2B sales in regions surrounding the assigned city, including Central, Northern, and Southern China. 2.Focus on lead generation by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients across various channels, actively contacting and developing new business 3.Committed to closing deals, establishing new client accounts through initial visits, negotiating terms, and overseeing contract signing. 4.Create strong retail presentations in high profile lifestyle, fashion, design and museum stores. 5.Establish strong partnerships with the market leading professional photography-related retailers, dealers or distributors. 6.Provide timely support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. 7.Maintain established client relationships, track and continually improve sales rates to ensure regular re-orders. 8.Regular analysis, reporting and communication with general management, regional management and HQ.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2.Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role,preferably in the specified city. 3.Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs. 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed. 7.Passion and/or knowledge in photography is preferred. 8.Fluent in Mandarin and English.
