1. Coordinate and Manage customers’ program /account. 协助管理客户项目。 2. Provide production status and finished good information to customer. 及时反馈产品的生产及完成的信息给客户。 6. Input customer’s information, sales orders and sales invoices into SAP system. Review new orders and send the acknowledgement to customers, change orders and order cancellations. 将客户信息、销售订单、***录入SAP系统,检查新订单并发确认给客户,修改订单和取消订单。 7. Monitor shipment status to ensure all credit and export problem are resolved and orders are released for shipment. 监控出货的情况确保所有出货准时发出。 8. Co-ordinate any customer returned materials and work with the relevant department on material disposition. 协调相关部门及时处理客户退回来的材料。 9. Provide sales invoice application to Finance dept., and send invoices to customers. 向财务部提供开票申请,并寄送发票给客户。 10. Assist to support sales to push payments from customers in time. 协助销售及时向客户催款。 11. Assist to support sales and marketing activity. 协助支持销售及市场活动。 12.
