Responsibilities - Assisting the legal teams with daily routine administrative work and office management; - Scheduling face to face business meetings and trainings/company events/conference calls and meals/telepresence, meeting room reservation and set up; - Providing business travel support, including logistics arrangement, hotel and tickets booking, visa and work permission application; - Processing for payment all types of business expenses and reimbursement processing and submission, follow up with Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC); - Ordering, and distributing stationary and other office supply items; - Assisting the legal teams in the typing, edition and modification of business and/or legal presentations, documents and files, simple translation assignment, document proofreading, scanning, photocopying and shredding; - Coordinating with the other administrative assistants on various meetings and events; - Global Law Department wide administrative support or personal assistance if necessary; and - Assisting the legal teams with ad hoc projects/assignments
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years working experience in administrative assistant related positions (law firm or in house legal department experience a plus); - Excellent communication skill at all levels within the company; - Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable; - Honest, details-oriented, hardworking, patient and stable; - A good team player; - Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); and - Good command of computer skill (Microsoft Office, Word, PPT and Excel)
