What you’ll do Support the planning, content creation, project management, and successful implementation of clearly defined field marketing strategic programs for specific audiences, in full alignment with the SAP corporate strategy, the marketing strategy and regional GTM strategy. Those programs are focused on creating brand awareness, audience expansion, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, loyalty, advocacy, customer adoption and retention, throughout all the possible interactions, virtual/online or physical, with customers or potential customers, partners and other targeted audiences.
Typical set of tasks will include: - [Critical] Content, messaging and assets development to support strategic programs - Build, tailor, and syndicate content, combining market and competitive insights, business objectives, knowledge of relevant elements of the SAP portfolio, audience insights and intelligence to develop messages and value propositions for integrated programs and/or campaigns, and deliver it in different format required, such as social media article, visual, video, etc.. - Communication and close collaboration with business and marketing stakeholders – Align seamlessly with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure successful orchestration and execution, maximize value of network and communication on managing the expectation and experiences. - Project Management – Plan timeline and actions toward to targeted outcome, organize alignment and outcome from different parties following project plan, define and track success measurement, and ensure progress well documented and visible to stakeholders. - Data and Performance Management - Plan and develop to obtain timely, accurate and complete update to our systems of record and support the evaluation of the overall performance, including business progress, program performance and business impact, in order to optimize programs. As instructed, advise execution teams on configuration, execution, and best practices.
