1. Job Summary
**此总帐岗位需要懂和有实操过跨国/地区（中国台湾、日本、韩国）财务工作经验**
This role, General Ledger Accountant-North Asia is responsible for a broad range of general ledger account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and basic financial analyses for the entities in China and North Asia, include preparing/review journal entries, managing finance statements and final account reconciliations. He/she will be a key member for accounting hub of North Asia who will work with accounting teams in North Asia countries finalize periodic closing and preparing required deliverables.


2. Key Responsibilities
85 Maintaining and updating JDE GL Entry and assets management and other for China entity.
85 Review transactional entries from accounting teams of other North Asia countries, including AR/AP/Tax and etc, to ensure accuracy and efficiency of periodic closing.
85 Creating and analyzing financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
85 Reconciling all accounts to ensure their accuracy
85 Manage periodic reporting upload, including One-stream, rolling forecast with accuracy and effectiveness
85 Conducting account analysis to ensure that entries and balances are correct
85 Preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing entries
85 Assist in treasury activities
85 Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
85 Coordinating with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
85 Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company procedures, and regulatory requirements (IFRS, Local GAAP, Tax)
85 Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries, reports, and summaries
85 Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedures
85 Perform related works as assigned

4. Essential Skills/Traits/Competencies
85 Bachelor degree
85 Above 3 years related work experience on general ledger, VAT, accounting field
85 Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and experience with financial reporting requirements
85 Proficient in relevant computer and Accounting Software: JDE, Onestream/Hyperion
85 Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
85 CPA or Financing background is a plus
