职位描述
工作任务 Tasks:
1.评估，审核，跟踪，建立和发展可靠的供应商；
Evaluate, audit, follow up, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service and localization requirements;
2.与战略采购部共同组织对潜在供应商和现有供应商的审核；
Conduct vendor audit and process audit to all potential and active suppliers and its process together with strategy purchasing department;
3.协调解决供应商质量和产品质量问题；
Coordinate resolution of supplier quality and product quality problems;
4.依照供应商的评估记过，质量状况以及所供零件的重要性，来甄别和确定核心供应商以及危险供应商；
Identification of core suppliers and critical suppliers based on supplier evaluation / quality situation /complexity of the supplied parts;
5.负责协助并策划纠正措施，防止质量问题进一步升级；
Support at planning and accomplishment of corrective actions in case of escalating quality problems;
6.努力成为依必安派特和供应商之间联络的桥梁；
Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the supplier;
7.协助或主导供应商制定控制计划，检验程度，制程能力，抽样方案等质量文件；
Assist or lead in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies etc with supplier;
8.从质量的角度出发，为供应商提供相关的质量支持和培训；
Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services to suppliers.

岗位要求 Requirements：
1.机械、电子或相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上注塑工艺，模具开发相关工作经历；
At least 3 year work-experience in supplier quality management and process technologies (PCB production, injection molding, die-casting, stamping, turning);
2.需ISO9000/TS16949 审核员资质；
Internal/External auditor for ISO9000 or TS16949;
3.熟悉质量工具的应用例如APQP，FMEA,MSA,PPAP,SPC,统计过程学和制程能力分析；
Proficient in quality tools such as APQP; FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, statistical methods and capability studies;
4.具有精艺生产或者6sigma相关经验者优先；
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage;
5.有跨职能工作经验或国际化公司工作背景者优先；
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people in a team environment;
6.良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，熟练操作计算机；
Good English both in oral and written and good presentation skills, strong communication skills.
