岗位职责: Objectives: - Support BASF Coatings' global communications efforts and drive local implementation of global key messages and strategic narratives. - Develop and execute social media strategies with a special focus on China, managing and growing digital communication platforms. - Create engaging visual and written content to support both global and local communication initiatives.
Main Tasks: - Support the positioning of BASF Coatings internally and externally by developing and implementing compelling communication concepts across various channels and formats, including social media platforms, trade press and events. - Contribute to the development and execution of the overall internal and external corporate communications plan and branding strategy, ensuring that digital communications effectively engage our audiences in China. - Create and publish engaging written and visual content that aligns with the company's overall strategy and messaging across internal and external platforms. - Work closely with key stakeholders to drive relevant communications themes and initiatives that add value, with a particular focus on leveraging digital channels. - Take ownership of local communication activities, including preparing speeches, presentations and briefing materials for media or corporate events, while supporting employee and change communication efforts. - Manage and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and digital content, using insights to refine strategies and improve audience engagement.
任职要求: - Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or other relevant disciplines. - Experience in communication, ideally in a multinational company. - Strong background in social media management and content creation. - Experience in writing and editing communications materials and digital content. - Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written skills - High commitment and willingness for working hands-on in gathering information, editing & social media operation as well as good understanding of platform back-end - Good team player, excellent stakeholder management and intercultural awareness. - Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms. - Excellent working knowledge of basic computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
