1. Work closely with BU sides (mainly category managers) and vendors for new products development. 2. Fast respond to BU requests/new ideas/PD trends and vendors feedback. Proactive to work with vendors for new product proposals and further development. 3. Take responsibility to develop new products from product brief to PO ready, including selecting vendors, getting quotations, requesting and validating samples / counter samples, etc. 4. Follow up the 1st PO of the new products, watch out PO status of production, QC inspection, testing and shipment. Fast and flexible to solve issues happened during the whole production process. 5. Coordinate with category managers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure product development schedules are maintained. 6. Work with compliance teams on product testing and compliance to ensure new products meet legal requirements. 7. Fast learner and flexible to handle various subcategories of hardgoods.
Qualifications: 1. Fluent English in both oral and written. 2. College graduated or above. 3. At lease four years relevant working experience, Hardgoods and Stationery (such as housewares, kitchenware, outdoor, tools, notebooks, pens) experience is a plus. 4. Good at Excel and PPT.
