Your role and responsibilities Market Development and Customer Relations: Responsible for developing and maintaining customer resources together with local business line sales team. Promoting software and digital solutions based on industrial robots, achieving sales targets. Technical Understanding and Solution Demonstration: Gain a deep understanding of products and application scenarios of industrial robots, provide professional software and digital solutions to help customers improve production efficiency and product quality. Product and Sales Strategy: Sensitive to market dynamics and assist to develop product and sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with local business sales team, product development and management team, ops team, etc, by sharing sales strategies and customer information, and work together to achieve sales targets. Tasks Assigned by Leadership: Complete other tasks assigned by leadership, such as market research and competitive analysis.
Qualifications for the role BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related. Minimum 5 working experience as sales, BD or product manager or equivalent. Solid experience in robot application or automation industry. Experience in industrial software or manufacturing digitalization is preferred.
