职责描述：
- Developing LW techniques and process of cutting/looping/wrapping.
- Develops and implements technical solutions to Cutting/looping/wrapping issues.
- Implements task of APDS with NPL, and ECR change in mass production.
- Develops KAIZEN activity for process, equipment, quality and TPU etc. e.g, lead workshop.
- Trains production trainers/AMT leader in proper cutting /looping/wrapping techniques.
- Problem solving and analysis of cutting /looping/wrapping production issues.
- Responsible for the machine maintenance and tooling improvement.
- Developing and update new project process documents flow chart/PFMEA/WI etc.
- TPM implementation in production lines.
- Work with team to reach AMC KPI target.
- Continuous improvement
- Complete other tasks assigned from AMC, ex. 1P1P, GPP task
任职要求：
- Familiar with TPM system according to IATF16949.
- Familiar with PPAP&AQPQ flow chant, PFMEA, process documents and SPC,MSA quality tool etc.
- Experience of leather pattern design is preferred.
- Experience of leather wrapping is preferred.
