YOUR ROLE
* Achieve financial ambition with end-to-end responsibility for all KPIs ((NES/PC%/L16/Product Mix, etc.) and enhance sell out to achieve sales target.
* Be responsible for the target business sales and play both defense and offense on the target business.
* Maintain and develop key account customer relationships by working all levels of the organization and identify their needs to provide technical advice and solution.
* Work with global key account management team & regional sales team to implement key account strategy and plan.
* Look for new opportunities in responsible key accounts and set up pipeline.
* Cooperate with technical service team and other supporting teams to support business growth and trouble shooting and improve customer satisfaction level.
* Work with supply chain/customer service team for forecast and inventory management and works with Finance team for customers’ payment collection.
* Collect and analyze Henkel and competitor’s market share, technologies, strategies and activities.

* Bachelor/master’s degree with aerospace related engineering & science background (chemical, materials, aircraft design/manufacture, composite, mechanicals etc.), universities and colleges of aerospace is preferred.
* Rich Experience in sales and at least 3-years working experience in aerospace Industry.
* Excellent in Chinese & English, proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft, and other software/ applications as required.
* Strong communication capability and negotiation skills with customer and internal cross-functions, have good teamwork spirit to collaborate with stakeholders.
* Project management skill is a must, can manage long-term projects and balance short-term and long -term projects. Good time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving capability, strong execution and action.
* Strong stress management, positive thinking with good emotion control under pressure and challenge, good self-drive/motivation and self-management, and have rigorous mindset and logical thinking.
* Strong responsibility and ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, result oriented and innovation spirit, attention to details.
