1. 确保所有的Site都能正确运用OMIS。
Ensure all sites to implement Operation Management Information System (OMIS) correctly.
2. 审查数据准确性与真实性
Audit data accuracy and authenticity
3.汇总集团数据，分析问题并追踪工厂的改善结果。
Consolidate all sites data, do analysis and monitor site improvement result.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 维护和优化OMIS 系统、SAP 预测系统。
Maintain and optimize OMIS System, SAP AOP & Forecast System, Master Data E-office application and approval flow, and Project Management System (PMS).
2. 确保各工厂能及时建立正确的BOM& Routing 并及时更新。
Ensure all sites to build and update BOM & Routing timely and accurately
3. 通过数据审核，确保各工厂能正确地收集生产数据并及时输入SAP， 包括及时将产成品移仓和及时关闭工单。 Ensure all sites to collect production data correctly and input in SAP timely, all products should be transferred for stocking timely, all production orders should be closed timely through data audit.
4. 确保各工厂能正确运用OMIS系统，分析产品实际与Should Be的差异， 并以此追踪改善结果。 Ensure all sites to use OMIS system correctly, analyze the variance between actual and should be, and track the improvement result.
5. 提供正确的AOP, LC 和OMIS Rev/NVA/MPBT汇总数据给高层供决策之用。
Provide accurate group Rev/NVA/MPBT of AOP, LC (Latest Commitment) & OMIS for top management to make strategic decisions.
提供正确的CROY，DL Hrs, 实际和预测LUP, Capex Tracking 等等汇总报告， 并指出主要问题，供管理者改善之用。 Provide accurate consolidation report of CROY(Cost Roll Up Yield), DL Hrs, Actual & Forecast LUP, Capex Tracking, etc. and highlight main issues for management to do improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND APTITUDE REQUIREMENT
3+ years work experience as process/product engineer. (Cost accounting and controlling for a manufacturing operation is priority)
Familiar with ERP (SAP experience is a plus) concepts
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels
