Job Responsibilities:
1. Importing and Exporting customs clearance 进口报关和出口清关
(1) Coordinate with Liebherr factories in Europe for shipping schedule.
联络欧洲工厂获取发货通知。
(2) Prepare entry customs documents, such as application for telex release and authorization paper, etc., for the designated customs broker to obtain bill of lading.
制作电放保函、报关资料、委托书等交由报关行以获得正本提单。
(3) Maintain the itrade system to make the invoice/packing list and other required document according to Import & Export Tariff Guidebook, coordinate customs clearance.
维护itrade系统并制作报关用的发票/箱单、合同以及其他资料。
(4) Handle customs duty tariff online and prepare paperwork.
网上关税支付和付款申请。
(5) Deal with the customs inspection if needed.
如需要配合海关进行进关查验的工作。
(6) Inform warehouse to receive the goods.
通知仓库准备收货。
(7) Operate inspection and quarantine process according to the request of CIQ and settle the related expenses.
配合进行商检并且处理相关商检费用事宜。
(8) Contact with forwarder and warehouse to pick up.
联系货代及仓库协调提货。
2. Reporting maintenance and development
(1) Maintain and develop the report according the business request, such as import and export analyze, logistics and service provider performance evaluation.
根据业务发展需要，维护和开发相关报表，如进出口数据分析、物流、服务商表现评估等。
(2) Research and analyze the report and find the problems.
研究、分析并找出问题点。
(3) To find the feasible solutions to the problem and report to the manager.
针对问题点，找寻多种可行的解决方案并填给部门经理。
6. Others
(1) Focus and control the logistics cost.
关注并控制物流成本。
(2) Maintain the monthly inventory report.
维护月度的库存分析报表。
(3) Focus and report the daily non-conformity and non-compliant issue.关注并汇报日常的非合规事宜并及时报告部门经理。
(4) Support the AEO maintenance issue.
协助AEO日常维护事宜。
(5) Monthly bill checking and payment application.
月度供应商对账和费用申请。

Job Requirement:
1. University degree大学学历
2. Logistics or International trade物流或国际贸易专业
3. At least 3 years’ experience of import and export.至少3年的进出口经验。
4. Experience in import and export of aviation materials is preferred.
有进出口航材经验优先
5. Knowledge
(1) Knowledge of import and export regulations. 进出口规定的知识。
(2) Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policy. 保税区的知识。
(3) Knowledge of the customs inspection. 海关查验的知识。
(4) Knowledge of CCC parts certificate procedure. CCC证书的知识。
(5) Knowledge of AEO application and maintain. AEO申请和维护的知识。
5. Familiar with ERP system. 熟悉ERP系统。
6. Skilled English and computer application.
熟练的英语和计算机应用。
