Purpose and objectives of the job:
We are looking for live streaming strategist leader with solid eCommerce background to drive a new ecommerce in the territory engaging, guiding and supporting local Marketing and eCommerce teams to connect the brand with our audience in the most effective and sustainable way by creating clear strategies, guidelines and processes.
Tasks and accountabilities:
Day-to-day operations and strategy of an e-commerce platform within the Douyin
This role focuses on leveraging the platform's unique features to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience and responsible for overseeing overall performance and optimizing the operational aspects of our Douyou flagship stores.
Create E-Com/Social media marketing strategy by integrating local business priorities and align with brand direction in close alignment with the digital team
61 Responsible for the overall coordination and operation of e-commerce live broadcasting, providing feedback on issues and offering reasonable solutions;
61 Cooperation with live broadcasting live streamers for expand and diverse our customer base
61 Strategize and partner on Douyin events, establish objectives, and assess the results
61 Analyse each conversion step in live broadcasting and optimize the conversion rate for each step;
61 Responsible for the training and assessment of platform broadcasters, and accountable for the quality and retention of broadcasters' live broadcasts;
61 In charge of user management for accounts, continuously monitoring the execution of activities and channel promotion effects, and conducting data analysis reports. Quickly respond and adjust to optimize operations and ensure operational effectiveness;
61 Responsible for scheduling daily live broadcast products, optimizing the live broadcast product structure through various data indicators of backend products, and adjusting the styles of daily live broadcast products to enhance sales conversion;
61 Manage the live broadcast process, including live scripts, promotions, product selling points, and GWP etc.;
61 Conduct reviews of live broadcasts, summarize experiences, optimize plans, and execute related tasks. Provide feedback and experience summaries weekly, and present them in PPT format during internal team
61 meetings;
61 Regularly organize review, feedback, summarize insights;
61 Keep abreast of the live broadcasting industry trends, shoe category data and China market directions, analyse live broadcast competitors, and improve live broadcast user retention and engagement.
