作为董事长的重要助手,在公司的战略规划、决策支持、业务协调和日常管理中发挥关键作用。该职位需要与公司高层紧密合作,协助董事长处理各类事务,确保公司的高效运作和持续发展。


Job Description:
As an important assistant to the chairman, play a key role in the company's strategic planning, decision - making support, business coordination and daily management. This position requires close cooperation with the company's senior management to assist the chairman in handling various affairs and ensure the company's efficient operation and sustainable development.

岗位职责


1、战略协助:参与公司战略规划的制定和执行,协助董事长进行市场调研、分析和评估,收集相关信息并进行分析,为公司的发展提供决策依据。
2、日程管理与协调:协助董事长安排日程,包括会议、商务活动和个人事务,准备董事长需要的资料物品等,确保时间的合理利用和工作的高效进行。
3、会议组织:根据董事长指示,协助行政管理中心完成会议安排和接待,协助董事长组织内部会议等。
4、内部管理支持:协助董事长对公司内部进行管理,参与制定和完善公司的管理制度和流程。
6、按照董事长安排,对接外部合作伙伴、客户、政府机构等联络,维护良好的合作关系。
7、文书拟写和翻译:在各类会议中做好会议记录,应董事长要求拟写发言稿以及需要的翻译工作。
8、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Assistance: Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's strategic plan, assist the chairman in market research, analysis and evaluation, collect relevant information and conduct analysis to provide a decision - making basis for the company's development.
Schedule Management and Coordination: Assist the chairman in arranging the schedule, including meetings, business activities and personal affairs, prepare materials and items required by the chairman, etc., to ensure the rational use of time and the efficient progress of work.
Meeting Organization: According to the instructions of the chairman, assist the administrative management center to complete meeting arrangements and receptions, and assist the chairman in organizing internal meetings, etc.
Internal Management Support: Assist the chairman in managing the company internally, participate in formulating and improving the company's management systems and processes.
According to the chairman's arrangement, connect with external partners, customers, government agencies, etc. for liaison and maintain good cooperative relationships.
Document Drafting and Translation: Take good meeting minutes in various meetings, draft speeches as required by the chairman and perform translation work when needed.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


任职要求


1.国内外知名大学硕士及以上学历,国际贸易或工商管理MBA专业优先。
2.具有0-3年以上相关工作经验,有大型企业或集团公司工作经验者优先。
3.优秀的沟通、协调和组织能力,能够与各层级人员进行有效的沟通和合作。
4.较强的文字写作和语言表达能力,能够撰写高质量的报告和文件。
5.良好的团队合作精神,责任心强,工作细致、严谨。
6.能够适应出差和加班工作。

Qualifications:
Master's degree or above from well - known domestic and foreign universities, with a preference for MBA in international trade or business administration.
Have 0 - 3 years or more relevant work experience, and those with work experience in large - scale enterprises or group companies are preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills, and be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with personnel at all levels.
Strong writing and language expression skills, and be able to write high - quality reports and documents.
Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous in work.
Be able to adapt to business trips and overtime work.
