Responsibilities:
As a member of the Facultative team, your role is a mix of underwriting and client interaction. Main tasks and activities including:
85 Support the underwriting strategy of the casualty insurance business locally and internationally, contributing to the achievement of P&C team’s growth objectives
85 Work with senior underwriters in managing the existing casualty portfolio. Assist on risk analyzing and negotiations with clients
85 Support underwriters on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers, creating innovative solutions for our clients
85 Cooperation across different lines of business and cross-functional teams
85 Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
85 Successfully completed University study with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Insurance or comparable academic background
85 0-2 years of experience in insurance industry
85 Solution-based work approach and a collaborative and team-minded work attitude
85 Good verbal and written communication skills in English
85 Strong analytical and organizational skills
85 Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
85 Strong computer skills and ideally familiar with use of quotation tools
85 Willingness to travel
