Our customer is a well-known cosmetics raw materials limited company in France. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Formulate and implement the sales plan according to goal and strategy of XXX to achieve regional sales target; 2. Establish and maintain strong company to company relationship with customers and develop new business opportunities; 3.Analyze and diagnose the industry opportunities and crisis, work with cross functions to deal with diversity situation appropriately; 4. Formulate distributor phased development strategy and optimize the customers resources allocation based on a deep understanding of the distributor individual capacity; 5.Manage the team to achieve their goal as well as individual development plan within budget; 6.Work with oversea distributors to expand the business outside of China mainland; 7.As the member of management leadership team to involve company strategy and action plan setting. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1.Bachelor's degree 2.Minimum ten years sales experience in the personal care industry with 5+ years people management experience; 3.Good verbal and written communication skill both in Chinese and English; 4.Good of MS Office skills.
