Our customer is a well-known cosmetics raw materials limited company in France. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.Work with the team to deliver business objectives; 2.Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing customers; 3.Prospecting new accounts to develop joint projects and generate sales to deliver business objectives; 4.Call on key accounts to understand and find out their needs and requirements; 5. Provide timely and successful solutions to customers through team across various internal functions including technical, marketing and supply chain, etc.; 6.Manage all details related to the day-to-day business from forecasting, delivery to analysis; 7. Identify and analyze competitors' pricing, products, marketing strategies and technical development program; 8.Collect and analyze end-users' marketing information and select potential stars; 9.Work with area sales manager to manage distributors. KEY REQUIREMENTS: 1.Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline; 2.Minimum eight years working experience in the personal care industry; 3.Good verbal and written communication skill both in Chinese and English; Good of MS Office skills.
