DESCRIPTION: To further ensure and grow our Health Science business in China, we are currently looking for a Section Sales Executive. As a Section Sales Executive, you will be responsible for and developing sales pipeline, generation of new clients, and achieve or exceed the yearly sales quota within China mainland for the GMP certification and product certification of dietary supplement, GMP certification of cosmetics etc.
Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for developing/growing customers in dietary supplement and cosmetics industries. - Achieve or exceed the quarterly and yearly sales quota. - Keep be in line with strategy of division and business units to deliver the project. - Develops sales plans and forecasts for the Territory/Program, analyzing the local market’s needs and expectations, and partnering with marketing on building/executing a strategy designed specifically for the Territory/Program - Experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the Territory/Program beyond quality assurance function to expand business offerings - Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current using Sales Force CRM software
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor degree or above - Major of food science, biological engineering, pharmacy, or daily chemical is preferred - 3-5 years of sales experience required - Knowledge/experience in GMP of dietary supplement or cosmetics industries is preferred - General skills/qualifications - Direct selling experience /quota responsibility - Managing forecast accuracy on a regular basis - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills - TIC industry knowledge/experience is preferred - Willingness and ability to travel
