Responsibilities岗位职责: Monitor bookings and optimize vessel space by adjusting allocation between load ports, regions as well as ad hoc route adjustments 监测预订情况,并通过调整装载港口、地区之间的分配以及特别的航线调整来优化船舶空间 Optimize cargo loading plan in collaboration with Revenue Management, Customer Service and Commercial Planning 与收益管理部门、客户服务部门和商业计划部门合作,优化货物装载计划 Handle vessel contingencies in collaboration with operations and commercial stakeholders 与运营和商业利益相关者合作,处理船舶突发事件 Seek opportunity to optimize overall vessel utilization 寻求机会,优化船舶的整体利用率 Identify and drive behavior cost saving opportunities 识别并推动行为成本的节约机会 Optimize cargo routing to deliver end-to-end service level to customers 优化货物运输路线,向客户提供端到端的服务水平 Minimize end-to-end service delivery impact during contingency handling 在突发事件处理过程中,尽可能大限度地减少端到端的服务交付影响 Identify and suggest continuous improvement initiatives 识别并提出持续改进措施 Set up clear criteria booking acceptance per different contract (the right carrier/ service contract/ allocation/ ETD/ service Loop/ vessel/ Yield) with weekly/monthly review 根据不同合同(合适的承运商/服务合同/分配/ETD/服务环路/船只/收益率)制定明确的预订验收标准,并每周/每月审查 Control Tower, regular monthly meeting with contract owner and capacity member in Singapore. 控制塔,与新加坡的合同所有者和运力成员每月定期举行会议 Regular meeting with carriers for performance review 与承运商举行定期会议,进行绩效审查 Analyzing the performance creating full transparency, daily meeting/review with booking/Pricing. 分析业绩,实现完全透明,每天与预订/定价部门举行会议/进行审查 Trade account follow up 贸易账户跟进 Requirements职位要求: Bachelor's degree or above 本科及以上学历 Has an outgoing and convincing personality 性格开朗,有说服力;有较强的跟进能力 More than 3-4 years’ experience in international logistics industry 3-4年以上国际物流行业从业经验 Is structured and organized in his/her approach to problem solving 在解决问题的过程中,有条理、有组织 Good English writing and speaking skills 英文书写和口语能力佳 Is proactive and takes initiative 具有主动性和积极性 Is clear, fact-based and disciplined in his/her dealings and communication with peers and stakeholders 在与同事和利益相关者的交往和沟通中,思路清晰,以事实为依据,并遵守纪律
