You will be part of our QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health, Environment, Security) team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of no harm to people + the environment.
13Your responsibilities13
To implement, monitor + track QSHE targets + programs including KN Solutions to support business growth strategy + customer implementation, ensuring optimal use of QSHE system tools (digitalization).
To ensure processes from the integrated management system (QMS) + Corporate Guidelines are implemented + maintained on all levels of the organization.
To plan + drive internal audits/site inspections to ensure ISO requirements + local procedures are met
To support + participate in external audits such as third party (customers + suppliers), regulatory audits etc., ensuring timely follow up + closure.
To lead + support investigations of QSHE incidents (H+S, quality issues etc.).
To support in risk analysis (e.g. safety risk assessment, security gap analysis), then develop + propose preventive measures through proper CAPA management + trainings.
To monitor activities, follow-up + escalate poor QSHE performance to relevant stakeholders for continual improvement.
To review + update Business Continuity Management + Plans.13
