Job Overview:
The Data Center Test development manager is responsible for driving and optimizing standardized development of test schemes and test scripts for data center project. The core focus of this role is to standardize test schemes and test processes, and led the completion of data center project test and acceptance, to ensure that the project meets customer needs and smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities：
Communicated internally with design team, operation team, communicated externally with customers and test consultants, and was responsible for completing standardized development of test schemes and test scripts for LEVEL 0~6 data center projects, and solidified the factory inspection and test process
Be able to independently assume the role of project test owner, manage test consultants, align test scripts, make test plans and execute project tests
Lead the output of test reports, and be responsible for reviewing the rationality of test reports and the release of test reports
Familiar with data center commissioning system, able to independently complete the project LEVEL 0~6 related work
Assist to complete professional related work and other matters arranged by the leader

Qualifications：
International project work experience are preferred, fluent in English, English can be used as a daily working language
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in data center, or project testing or product testing in date center industry
Familiar with the basic principles of the product, can assist the design team to judge the problem and identify the risk according to the test problem
Familiar with the mainstream equipment brands in the data center industry, including MV switchgear and LV switchboard, transformers, UPS, lithium batteries, precision air conditioners, chillers, water pumps, etc
Familiar with test specifications, test procedures, relevant national and international standards and relevant laws and regulations
Proficient in using CAD tools, proficient in office and other office software
Strong communication and coordination ability, clear logic, good at communication and coordination of resources
Able to travel frequently
