ROLE PURPOSE Social & Content Strategy & Execution 1) Develop and execute the social and content communications strategy for Madam Tussauds Shanghai, aligned with business goals. 2) Drive higher quality of marketing execution ranging from contents creation, PR, talkability, campaign measurement across social channels. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels, tailoring content to target audiences where necessary. 3) Analyze social and content trends and adapt communication strategies to leverage new opportunities. Marketing Planning & Execution 1) Setting clear objectives for campaigns, manage campaigns calendar and allocating budgets effectively. 2) Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and engagement tactics. 3) Monitor campaign performance through analytics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact and achieve key performance indicators. 4) Proactive approach to innovation, think outside the box - with an emphasis on enhancing visitor experiences and driving attendance with limited resources and targeted efforts.
