Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Project Coordinator for our Data Center department in our Shanghai office, reporting directly to the Data Center Product Manager. You will play a pivotal role in managing all post-order project activities, overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process of our hydro containers and air cool container systems. You will engage in seamless communication with suppliers,ensuring adherence to order timelines by directly coordinating solutions and managing issues as they surface. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company. We want someone who gets things done.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ownership & Collaboration: Take full ownership of each project from inception to completion by working directly with manufacturing staff, our Logistics Manager, our Quality Control department, and our USA teams through excellent and proactive communication.
● Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve supply chain bottlenecks across product lifecycle, from raw materials to final product assembly, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
● Project Management Software Maintenance: Consistently update the company’s project management software, keeping all stakeholders informed.
● Documentation and Organization: Maintain organized and comprehensive records of documents and communications, fostering strong relationships with team members and suppliers.
● Process improvement and operational excellence: Identify and address root causes of recurring issues, develop solutions that enhance lead times and processes beyond baseline expectations, and implement best practices to ensure the company's products remain competitive in the market.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Project Management, or a related technical field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience, preferably in project management with a proven track record of maintaining timelines and managing orders from placement to fulfillment. Experience or familiarity with international logistics coordination a plus.
Availability: Willingness to be on-call outside regular work hours and to travel as needed.
