This role is responsible for lead a group of Analysts and Sr Analysts supporting raw and packaging materials and production scheduling for China Plant and oversee subcon requirements for TW and HK markets. You will collaborate with cross Functional teams which includes Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and other teams as necessary to resolve operations issues and work on process improvement opportunities and new product readiness. You must be familiar with Planning tools (SAP ECC, APO is a plus) and must guide the team to adhere to KPI targets set primarily on Inventory, SLOBS, Cost savings opportunities on AF/write off and Production Schedule Adherence. This role will report virtually to MRP/PPDS Manager in *** Shared Service Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Coach and develop a team of Raw and Packaging Materials Planners and Production Schedulers. Hold regular 1:1s with Planners to discuss development plans and concerns and offer support and guidance on processes and close gaps in skills and competencies 61 Lead weekly huddles with the MRP/PPDS Planning team discussing opportunities, issues and recognition. 61 Escalate supply constraints to Cluster and Leadership teams according to defined channels 61 Accountable in meeting KPIs across region - collate and quantify root cause analysis provided by Planners on Inventory actuals and projections, monthly AF and Write offs, near-expiry lots write off mitigation and production schedule adherence 61 Prepare presentation materials when required 61 Support effectiveness of Cross Functional and Step 3 Technology reviews 61 Execute core planning as required Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 61 Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent 61 Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning and exposure to leadership role Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: 61 Can communicate well and must be fluent in English language 61 Good analytical skills and attention to details 61 Experience in managing large teams and with good people leadership capability Job Requirements: 61 Full time work, overtime is expected 61 Travel will up to 10% of work time within country 61 This role is eligible for domestic relocation Benefits and Culture: 61 Ongoing training and development 61 Family-owned company, with a family feel 61 Be a member of a company championing a better world through sustainability and environmental protection measures
