Major Responsibility 1. Assist HR Manager to make annual labor cost budget 2. Make monthly overtime working analysis, HC, attendance statistics, annual leave, overtime working hours, absenteeism and other HR activities to formulate monthly HR report 3. Monthly labor cost analysis compared with the budget 4. Accurately calculate monthly payroll, kinds of social pension and IIT. 5. Responsible for transferring, termination and annual adjustment of social insurance and housing fund (include plant employees and customer service, BJ sales team) 6. Remind employee to do the annual IIT declaration 7. Handle any internal and external audit related to salary and compensation 8. Be responsible for all kinds of labor related statistics report to government 9. Participate in annual salary survey and assist HR Manager for annual merit increase 10. Make the Memorandum of Personnel Change and filing 11. In charge of annual comprehensive and flexible working hours review 12. Be responsible for personal data maintenance in HR system 13. C&B knowledge and experience is must; other experiences on recruiting, training , performance is plus. 14. Formulate kind of labor cost report to finance 15. Other jobs required by HR Manager
Requirements: Required Knowledge and Ability 1. At least 5 years experiences in C&B in foreign manufacturing plant 2. Excellent analytical skills and computer skills ( excel, word, PPT) 3. Be familiar with related government regulation and China Labor Law 4. Has working experiences for HR project
