*Responsible for project design coordination, detail design, meeting Roche standards*Review of engineering design and specification in the disciplines*Design Coordination with Architecture/Engineering Company HDR and Local Design institute EDR*Assist in the technical evaluation of the General Contractor Bid Documents*Assist in the selection of the General Contractor
*Construction shop drawing review and approval
*Sample/ mockup review
Site construction quality control and manage
Support and check the handover documents to end use.
Requirements:
*10 year min experience in CSA Architecture design and project management
*Able to provide project referencing experience
*Proficient in design and architectural software (CADD)
*Experience in pharmaceutical, lab and commercial projects
*Work Experience with global companies
*Good presentation skills
*Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, hardworking and creative mindset
*Able to communicate and converse in English and Mandarin ( to liaise with Chinese clients*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Good data base of clients
*Creative, Independent and good time management skills
